Regardless of when you study, the free time after class and what you do outdoors (e.g. surfing, taking long walks by the sea or enjoying the sunset) and near the sea can really add to your experience. Studying near the coast/beach also means that everything is usually within walking distance!
In summer, most UK seaside towns like Brighton or Bournemouth host lots of festivals and music concerts and attract a lot of British tourists. It is also a great time to enjoy the beach, because of the long days of sunlight during the summer months (June to August).
