The so called “vantage points” are excellent spots that may or may not be free depending on how late you leave it. The party itself is very well-structured and organized with bathrooms and plenty of places to get food and drink. It’s worth remembering that the consumption of alcohol is forbidden in public spaces. Dawes Point Park – Located under Sydney Harbour Bridge and Bradfield Highway on the south side of the harbour, offering a beautiful view of the fireworks (12:30pm – 1am). Dawes Point NSW 200.
Sydney Opera House – Australia’s most famous spot is an unforgettable place to watch the fireworks. Pay a fixed price that will give you food, drinks and live shows for the whole evening.
Royal Botanic Garden – Apart from a luxurious experience and full dinner at midnight, the garden has the best views in town for the fireworks show. Mrs Macquaries Rd, Sydney NSW 2000

Harbour Cruises – Offering an unforgettable view and tickets often include food and drink. There are multiple options, just pick one that fits your budget and taste. Can be expensive. Book early.
