For general and higher education Cambridge has developed a range of qualifications for wherever you are on your learning journey. Each qualification in this range is proof of your skills at that level:

A2 Key shows that you are able to use English in simple situations. Those new to learning English can take this to improve confidence and skills.

B1 Preliminary is an intermediate-level qualification for those who have mastered the basics of English and now have practical language skills for everyday use.

B2 First shows you have the language skills needed to communicate confidently in an English-speaking environment.

C1 Advanced is proof of a high-level of achievement in English and the ideal qualification to prepare you for university or professional life.

C2 Proficiency is the highest level qualification and shows the world you have mastered English to an exceptional level.
