Good Hope Studies is a local, privately owned language school in Cape Town. The school want to bring you closer to your English goals and to the Capetonian way of life.
The school has a centre in the residential area of Newlands which has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The school is also close to all types of accommodation and only a short walk away from a commercial centre with trendy shops and restaurants.
The City Centre school is located in a beautiful office building in the pedestrian walkway of St. George’s Mall in the middle of the hustle and bustle of city life in a lively atmosphere which includes creative street vendors and high-street shops.

2 more federal states added to the “Bildungsurlaub” recognition at Good Hope Studies!
Good Hope Studies has added two new federal states to its portfolio of already 9 existing “Bildungsurlaub” recognitions. It allows German Citizens to educate themselves further for the duration of a minimum of 5 normally paid days within or outside Germany. Our Intensive and English for Work courses (30 lessons per week) are now also accepted for “Bildungsurlaub” in Bremen and Niedersachsen.
NEW! English & Golf Programmeis available from 3 to 17 November 2019 and 15 to 29 March 2020. The 2 week package for only € 1.670 includes accommodation at one of the selected GHS Homestay-Plus families and includes breakfast and dinner, 20 lessons of morning English classes per week, all enrolment and placement fees, airport transfer on arrival, 2 half-day, 1 evening and 1 full-day excursion, transport, 4 x golf lessons, 2 x 9 holes and 3 x 18 holes.
