What exactly is CrossFit?
CrossFit isn’t a sport, CrossFit is a lifestyle! It’s a combination of safe and effective exercise and healthy nutrition or in other words – ‘Off the carbs, off the couch’!
It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or if you’ve trained for years – it’s suitable for everyone. People of all ages and shapes are getting into it, as it’s an effective way to reach any goal – from general health improvement to significant weight loss.
GREG GLASSMAN, CrossFit Founder has described it perfectly by saying: ‘ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.’
