Best Language School Award for CEC-Cork English College

Best Language School Award for CEC-Cork English College

CEC-Cork English College topped the list for Best Language School at the 2019 Education Awards. Launched in 2017, The Education Awards recognise, encourage and celebrate excellence in the education sector in Ireland.

The criteria for the award involved looking at the organisations background, academic and professional qualification of staff members, the courses and services provided, and the relevant industry experience, achievements and accreditations on offer. It also looked at factors such as innovation, infrastructure, teaching and research standards, student experience, alumni relations and development.

With nine other English Language Schools from all over Ireland shortlisted in the category, CEC were honoured to take the accolade back to Cork city. The award reflects 40 years of experience and the exceptional work of the CEC directors, academic department, teachers and administration team.

CEC Director Marc Cullen had this to say: We are absolutely delighted to have won the Best Language School award at the recent Irish Education Awards. It is a true testament to the hard work and dedication everyone at CEC puts into making every student’s stay in Cork an experience to cherish.”
