Sandy Bay Shipwreck Hiking Trail
Through the Sandy Bay beach, the trail to the Oudeschip peninsula takes 90 minutes each way. On the trail you will find the shipwreck of the Harvest Capella, sunk in 1986. You can walk along the beach or inland along the upper route. The scenery from the trail is gorgeous, with the sea on one side and Table Mountain behind you as you walk.

For bird lovers, it’s definitely worth a visit to the biggest bird park in Africa. The park has over 3000 birds from 400 different species. It’s open everyday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
