The city has fantastic street markets and fairs that you can visit during your course abroad. The markets and fairs are spread around the city and have a great variety of products on offer such as fruit, vegetables, flowers and local made things you won’t find at home or even in other parts of the US.

Coconut Grove Organic Market

The market is open only on Saturdays from 10am – 6.30am, and offers a wonderful selection of fruit, vegetables, spices and herbs. Try before you buy!

Lincoln Road Farmers Market
Lincoln Road, between Washington and Meridian Avenues, Miami

This market opens every Sunday from 9am 6.30pm 365 days a year. It offers a great variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, and also local bread, honey and jams. It’s located on Lincoln Road between Washington Avenue and Meridian Avenue.

Coral Gables
405 Biltmore Way, Miami

Often visited by local people of Miami, this market offers fresh products and also lots of activities for adults and children, such as interesting short courses and workshops. It’s open on Saturdays from 8am – 1pm from January to the end of March.

Pinecrest Farmers Market
11000 Red Rd, Pinecrest

Located under the beautiful fig trees of Pinecrest Gardens, this market is 30-minutes away from Miami and brings together local organic farmers and producers that offer a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Remember it is ok to try before you buy.
